Hello, I’m Rachel!
As a former emotional hoarder and overwhelmed mom of two, I once found myself drowning in “stuff” — buried under toys, clothes, kitchen gadgets, and a daily dose of explosive toddler tantrums.
I remember thinking:
We need a bigger apartment.
Or… do we just need less stuff? Is that allowed?
The answer, I eventually learned, was yes!
Decluttering Was the First Step
We’re a family of four living in a Paris apartment, so I deeply understand how precious space is. I began the daunting task of completely decluttering and reorganizing our home while holding onto a single vision: a calm, joyful family life.
Beyond that, I truly had no idea where this process would lead me.
At the time, this dream felt impossible. I was in the depths of postpartum depression and surviving day by day. Looking back, I now believe there are many paths to healing — and for me, decluttering and organizing became the first step toward resetting both my home and my life.
Finding Clarity
As I continued to tidy, something shifted. I began reading, learning, and slowly building habits, routines, and systems that supported not only my home, but my work, my mental health, and my overall wellbeing.
Then one day, things just… clicked.
I looked around and realized my home — and my mind — had opened up. I felt lighter. Clearer. The things that truly brought me joy and fulfillment suddenly stood out from the noise.
My Joy and Purpose
Now that I’ve made space in my home and schedule, I can fully enjoy what brings me the most joy and meaning.
What I’m most proud of are the habits this clarity has allowed me to cultivate for myself and my family — cooking healthy meals consistently, moving my body regularly, reading every day, and helping my children spend less time on screens and more time with books, creativity, and conversation.
How This Became My Calling
As I continued my own decluttering and organizing journey, something in me shifted. The more space I created, the more clearly I could see the kind of life I wanted — and the kind of work that felt meaningful.
In October 2025, I attended the KonMari Consultant Training Course in London, continuing to deepen my knowledge so I can share this life-changing method with others.
This work has become an extension of everything I value: clarity, calm, and creating homes that support the people who live in them.
You’re Not Stuck
You can create an environment that supports your life — one that inspires calm, clarity, and joy.
With a clear plan and a compassionate, non-judgmental guide, we can transform your home into a space where everything has a place and your days feel lighter.
I started this practice to help others who feel overwhelmed, ashamed, or unsure of where to start — because I was exactly there. I wished for someone to sit with me, listen, and guide me through the emotional and physical weight of decluttering.
I can’t go back and reassure the version of myself from 2022…
but I can say this to you:
You will get through this.
You can build the life you dream of.
And it all begins with a vision.
Bisous, Rachel
